Thank you for your generous support of Jasmine Charitable Society. We appreciate every donation that helps us serve children with disabilities in Palestine.

Donation Refunds

As a charitable organization, donations are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to support our programs and beneficiaries.

Refund Conditions

However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate or erroneous charges
Unauthorized transactions
Technical errors resulting in incorrect amounts
Cancellation within 24 hours of one-time donation (before funds are allocated)

Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

Contact us at info@jasmine.ps with your donation details
Provide your donation receipt number and reason for refund
Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review your request
You will receive email notification of the refund decision

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Any bank or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount

Recurring Donations

For monthly recurring donations:

You may cancel your recurring donation at any time
Contact us at least 3 days before the next charge date
Partial month refunds are generally not available

Sponsorship Refunds

Child sponsorship donations:

Sponsorship funds are directly allocated to the sponsored child's care
Cancellation requires 30 days notice
Already processed sponsorship payments are non-refundable
